Crawley Town have turned-down bids for Hope Akpan and Kyle McFadzean.
An unnamed Championship club has shown an interest in defender McFadzean and midfielder Akpan, but fell short of the Reds’ valuations.
Chief executive Richard Low said: “We were expecting interest in a number of our players during the transfer window because of our performances this season and I imagine that will continue throughout the next few weeks.
“The offers don’t come anywhere near our valuation for either player.”
Meanwhile, striker John Akinde has been told he can look for another club during the transfer window, and Richard Brodie, who has been on-loan at Morecambe, has been loaned out again, to Grimsby, until the end of the season.
