Reds manager Richie Barker was again delighted with the way his side played today despite the feelings of frustration at being held to a first goalless draw of the season by Notts County today.
Hosts Crawley were on top for large spells of the game but missed a great chance to score in either half, Matt Sparrow denied by County stopper Bartosz Bialkowski and Mike Jones with an effort at the back post which somehow deflected over the bar in the second half.
Barker was especially pleased at the lack of chances the visitors had throughout, and said striker Jamie Proctor would soon add the goals that his overall play deserves.
