Crawley Town manager Ritchie Barker wants to build upon Tuesday night’s tremendous 2-0 win away to play-off chasers Sheffield Utd but warns that this afternoon’s visitors Coventry City will be tough opponents.
Josh Simpson and Matt Sparrow remain doubts while Kyle McFadzean is still sidelined because of his virus.
Barker said: “We are going into the game on the back of a tremendous performance on Tuesday at Sheffield United. The boys should be full of confidence but Coventry are a very good side who play the right way and will be looking to finish the season strongly. It should be an entertaining game.”
Coventry beat the Reds 3-1 when the two teams met at the Ricoh Arena in November.
City manager Steven Pressley is understood to be likely to field some of his under 21-year-olds as he assesses his squad for next season.
