YOUTH FOOTBALL: Crawley and Oakwood keep pressure on leaders Three Bridges

Crawley Youth League

Under-10s

Crawley United Red and Oakwood Black played out a 1-1 draw which leaves them both in equal second place, four points behind the leaders Three Bridges.

Rehith Jose scored United’s goal and Billy Lind netted for Oaks.

Three Bridges and Crawley Panthers also drew their match 0-0.

A Samuel Jones goal settled Maidenbower Colts’ 1-0 win against Crawley United Black.

This game was a dress rehearsal for next Sunday as they play each other in the first round of the cup.

Maidenbower United gained their sixth draw in 12 games when they were held 1-1 by FG Galaxy.

Connor Wake scored for United and Shane Spratt replied for Galaxy.

Three Bridges reports

Under-15s

The game between first and second in Sussex Sunday League Division Four ended with a convincing 5-1 win for the leaders Denton & South Heighton Lions over the Sussex Sunday Under 15 Colts team. The solitary goal was scored by Dylan Rajamohan.

Under-13s

An outstanding 2-0 win over the Division One leaders South Malling Wanderers

Under-12s

Three Bridges gained their first win and points of the season. Both goals were scored by substitute Connor Jared.

Under-13s

Three Bridges Black were beaten 3-1 by title chasing Lindfield Juniors in the Mid-Sussex League. The single goal was scored by Joseph Exler.
